Remote Learning in Arklow CBS
Online remote classes have been taking place for the students of Arklow CBS since our return to school in January. All students and teachers are using the Microsoft TEAMS to deliver their classes and work. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our students on their continued, fantastic online participation and cooperation considering the current situation we all find ourselves in again. We hope you all have a well- deserved and enjoyable February mid-term break. Midterm break runs from February 12th -February 22nd.
Rescheduling of Entrance Assessment for incoming 1st Years
Please note that due to the ongoing Covid 19 restrictions, we have had to reschedule our entrance assessment to Saturday 20th March at 9:30 am.
We apologise to parents for any inconvenience caused.
We will be in contact with parents of incoming students closer to the time regarding specific arrangements.

Zoom Workshop for parents of TY students 2021/2022
Ms Garvey, our TY coordinator, held a very successful TY workshop on Zoom recently for the parents of our 3rd year students. The workshop gave a full overview of our TY programme and the benefits and opportunities the programme offers all students. The presentation is available on our website.
Parents are asked to complete and submit an online application form for TY.
This workshop was followed by a workshop for parents and students on our subject options for students entering 5th Year Leaving Certificate in September 2021.
Students will be asked to select six subjects from the following extensive list of optional subjects:
