Liaison Students

Liasion Students

Our Liaison students are senior cycle students that we have selected and trained to act as buddies to our new first year students. The liaison students act as a “friendly face” and meet with their assigned students regularly to ease their transition into the secondary system.

Initially, the Liaison students familarise their students with the physical building, the school rules, use of lockers, timetable and answer frequently asked questions.

Thorough the year, the Liaisons organise lunchtime activities for the first years which help to ensure that all students make friends and settle into Arklow CBS.
